How does the dual rotary switch in the Venezia collection work?
The Venezia dual rotary switch allows for the control of two light sources (or two circuits) from a single fixture with a rotary knob. The rotary knob turns in 1/4 rotation increments and offers four different positions.
- Both circuits off
- Circuit A off and circuit B on
- Both circuits on
- Circuit A on and circuit B off
Turning the knob one more time returns it to its original position. It can be turned as many times as you wish in any direction: the system is continuous and highly intuitive. This solution maintains the iconic aesthetics of the collection, without compromising on function.
Fixtures with a rocker switch do not permit this functionality.
Can Garby frames be used with Venezia fixtures?
Yes, Venezia fixtures are compatible with the frames from the Garby Colonial collection.
Furthermore, the frames from the Venezia Clásica and Venezia Carré series can be used with Garby Colonial fixtures. They can also be used with Garby and Dimbler fixtures, using a frame adaptor. Meanwhile, Venezia Oval frames can also be used with Garby Colonial fixtures, but are not compatible with Garby or Dimbler.
Do Venezia fixtures come in a black finish?
No, currently the mechanisms of the Venezia collection are not available in a black finish, only in white or dark brown.
